I also work for 2 different warranty companies.
My service have a better turn around time than retail computer stores.
I do extra's for your computer without charge, other company's do not.
I do not send the work out everything is done by me.
I do not try and sell you anything.
I love doing jobs for customers that need help without waiting in-line and or waiting 3 or more days to receive there computer back.

Darlene Gouger is inexperienced and has no computer knowledge. I hired her to fix my computer and she totally wrecked it and left it unusable. I had to toss it and purchase a new one and she refused to refund the money I paid her for a service that was not rendered.
Trial Ware was not removed; Hard Drive damaged; Disks not restored; Hardware and Software improperly installed: Lost all files as a result.
She is incompetent and inexperienced.
