Taylor is absolutely amazing. In just a short time she has done what - for years - doctors and short term diet solutions could not do for me. She has gotten me on a healthy, clean eating schedule, explaining in detail how foods work together, how my personal body needs to be handled for best results, and how to incorporate strong habits. Taylor doesn't just train you in the gym or hand you a meal plan. She sits with you, coaches you, gives you daily encouragement, checks in with texts, makes herself available at all times for questions about food choices or recipes, and even has a Facebook group where her clients can encourage each other. I've already had amazing results and have only been with her for a short time! On top of that, she's just a very sweet person who makes the workouts a positive experience. I feel super lucky that I found her! She's changing my body and my life!

I started my training with Ethan after giving birth to my second son over two years ago. I started to feel healthier very soon after and started to see results in just a few short weeks. After all these years, he still makes each session a challenge but fun, from high intensity interval to circus training to strength training to kick boxing to combination of everything. I love him because he is a great trainer who wants to help and put in his best but I also love him because he challenges me to put in my best. I value my training sessions with him and his health and nutrition advice very much. I’m thankful for having him there to guide me to see my potential and I know you won’t be disappointed either.
Overall I am very pleased with the initial experience with Aaron/Domination Fitness. Great interview process covered my wants and needs, past injuries and scheduling. The first few meetings are really centered around getting to know your current level of fitness and building comfort...definitely a big plus when starting up. Flexible hours were a big plus for me and being able to fit me in the evening was something not many places could do. The space has a great variety of equipment while maintaining a small, friendly, yet private feel. A nice bonus that the gym opens to the outside for fresh air and less of the "big box" feel of other places. There is a lot to like here, I've been very happy so far.
I started training with Elston at Lifestyle Evolved when I was 9 weeks postpartum. After giving birth to my beautiful daughter, I was ready to reclaim my strength and fitness. Elston worked with my schedule as a busy mama and set up a fitness routine for me that makes it possible to do the majority of my training circuits at home while my daughter naps (I can get most of the workouts completed in 30 minutes). I've now been training with him for 7 weeks, and in the first 4 weeks, I have had encouraging results: I lost .5 cm in my chest and waist, 1 cm in my hips, and .75 cm in my thighs. I am now back in all of my pre-baby work clothes and feel in optimistic about pushing forward to even greater fitness. The workouts planned by Elston at Lifestyle Evolved are highly effective if his training suggestions are heeded. I definitely recommend this gym.
My FIRST Impression with KeriAnn that brought me to train with her was her encouraging, motivation at my first show few yrs later i had a consult with her and was very impressed with her knowledge of nutrition and of the sport and how important the two are connected. she was available to answer any questions through the complete training duration.Her approach to not only improving my physique but to educate me on proper form and nutrition.my overall experience with her was out standing because of all these reasons and i am looking foward to more sessions with her.

Yes, OUSTANDING. Jenny is the brilliant trainer I took many classes with in Seattle at Sync Fitness. She devised interesting exhaustive strength building workouts. She even included some running in there for cardio torture :) Jenny always had a modification ready for those that needed or desired. She'd find the move and/or stretch that would work best for your body on that given day. I could not have asked for a person with better energy to kick my butt on the regular. It's a tiny bit easier to do that last set of (insert something hard) when you are laughing and your coach is telling you to work hard, yet commiserating with you at the same time. It's a unique ability that not all trainers have. We miss you, Jenny!
Any day is gym day for Anthony. He is so passionate at what he does and has inspired me the very moment we met. Both friend and workout buddy, he impresses me each day. If you want result, you'll get it! The importance of healthy eating and the love of food makes him different from other trainers too. He does a balance of cross fit, high intensity training and Olympic lifting so he'll know what to do in order to suit the need for a client!
Beyond being a standard big box gym trainer, Sebastian is my partner in achieving my fitness target of being stronger and more agile. He listens to my current goals and translates them into programs that are challenging and achievable. As a person with limited flexibility, he helps me with proper form and technique to maximize the effectiveness of our sessions. I have trained with both Mike and Nick. Both are very knowledgeable and skilled professional trainers. Intrinsic Training is always adding something new and special to their already well-equipped gym and repertoire of classes. Their down to earth and caring attitudes are a welcome relief from other "big box gyms" where the trainers are just going through the motions. Believe me, people pick up on those attitudes. I trained with Alberto for about a year before I moved to a different state. I enjoyed working with him because even though the workouts were challenging they were always fun and different. Alberto had a great attitude, always positive, completely focused, and very knowledgeable. I learned that my training wasnt just in the gym and what I learned from him could also be applied to the rest of my life. He never accepted excuses but was flexible enough to adjust his programs to fit my forever changing goals. He was always willing to answer questions and was able to work with me and make it work for my schedule. So not only does he train you to be a better athlete and healthier he pushes you to be a more rounded person.

I have never worked with a personal trainer before and was pretty nervous about the whole idea, but I felt right at home, welcomed, and assured that I was with the right trainer. Boxing was a blast and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Curtis is one of the best boxing coaches around. Drawing from his experience as a pro boxer, he will not only teach you technique but also help you find that extra gear. Even in only a few weeks of training with Curtis, my understanding of angles, combos, etc., was taken to a new level.
