- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be upfront about all of my prices from the get-go. Typically your quote will include all fees applicable to your request. All rates are listed on my website! The only thing that tends to be a sliding scale is the travel fee, which is based on mileage. I'm always happy to provide my potential clients with a customized itemized estimate based on their needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new client has shown interest, I first like to answer any questions and address concerns to see if we are a good fit for each other. If my client needs a simple appointment, I generally book them when they are ready to commit - no fuss, no deposit, no contract necessary (unless requested). If I'm booking a wedding party or a larger event, I will have my client complete a booking form and go over expectations regarding contracts & payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both my Missouri and Oregon cosmetology license. I have several certifications and have worked in the industry for almost 6 years. I strive to continue my education by attending classes, and moreover, keeping up with the latest techniques and trends!
