Introduction: We're a small company but a very efficient and fun-loving one! We LOVE what we do and it shows in our enthusiasm and customer service. We want to help make your event an enjoyable and stress-free memory and take some weight off of your shoulders. In addition to appetizer platters, meal packages, desserts and beverages, I also have licensed and well trained bartenders and rent supplies to help make your event complete. We also have Event Insurance available for a small fee if you need. We accept all major credit cards as well for your convenience and are happy to meet you for a consultation/tasting. I get to get married about 20 times a year and go to a bunch of office holiday parties and I think it's a blast! I love talking about it, planning it and delivering above and beyond what you imagine! This is the 2nd Holiday Event that I've used Baker's Dozen Catering & Cakes, but the 1st time I was able to meet Alison & enjoy her wonderfully delicious food. Once again she was top notch from beginning to end and such a joy to work with!

Alison was very responsive and professional from the start of the process and all the way through. Her menu had a very large variety of options. We narrowed down to some of our favorites. She offered to bring samples over a few weeks before the party so we could taste and finalize the menu. She was very helpful and flexible, with a couple if minor tweaks and requests. The day of the party, she arrived an hour early to prep and stayed about another half hour to ensure all was well. Food portions were generous. Everything was delicious!! I cannot say enough about how awesome Alison and Baker's Dozen Catering & Cakes is. We would highly recommend her!!!

We hired Baker's Dozen for my daughter's wedding. Alison did an excellent job. She set up on time and the set up was fantastic. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. There was plenty of food and everyone had more than enough. I would hire her again and I would recommend her to anyone who needs caterer.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I'm very flexible and work hard to try to meet all of my client's goals! I want you to have the best and most enjoyable event possible and sometimes that means we have to be a bit creative with pricing. And I'm happy to do it.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I really like to talk as soon as possible, whether over the phone, by email, or meeting in person. Then we get some ideas as far as what you want and what your budget is. Then do a tasting to decide on your menu. Then finalize your menu and the details. I email every change to you for your records. And unlike some catering companies that actually charge you every time yo call them, I encourage my clients to call me. Keep me in the loop with any changes you want!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My staff has current MAST, OLCC and Food Handler's Permits
