- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very flexible and work hard to try to meet all of my client's goals! I want you to have the best and most enjoyable event possible and sometimes that means we have to be a bit creative with pricing. And I'm happy to do it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to talk as soon as possible, whether over the phone, by email, or meeting in person. Then we get some ideas as far as what you want and what your budget is. Then do a tasting to decide on your menu. Then finalize your menu and the details. I email every change to you for your records. And unlike some catering companies that actually charge you every time yo call them, I encourage my clients to call me. Keep me in the loop with any changes you want!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My staff has current MAST, OLCC and Food Handler's Permits
