Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Fingerprint Outdoors Northwest is a start-up landscape company, designed by an owner who has worked with three different major landscape companies in Portland, running the irrigation department for two of them, on thousands of different jobs. We can deliver the same professional experience you can expect from a big name company, but without the hassle of middlemen like account and project managers, foreman, etc you get clear communication from start to finish! Landscaping has always been a passion of mine. It feels rewarding to make something beautiful, to make it work right, and to bring high quality solutions to problems. It's something that can be appreciated every single day for years and years to come. In our fast paced world, it is essential to have an opportunity to come outside and connect with nature, relax, step away from technology and all the things grasping for your attention, and just enjoy some good old fashioned fresh air. I'm thankful to bring that experience to your own back yard!

Timothy was able to troubleshoot our irrigation issues quickly. He is knowledgeable, personable and gets the job done at a fair price.

Sprinkler and Irrigation System Repair and Maintenance

Fingerprint Outdoors Northwest repaired a failed connector between our irrigation system and the street water service. His work was confident, quick, and thorough. And he even gave us some education and pointers on the details of our irrigation system. We would definitely work with Fingerprints again!

Sprinkler and Irrigation System Repair and Maintenance

Tim is very patient and has given us a good suggestion about the replace the heads of sprinkler. His work is very thorough as he has come back to check if it work well withtout extra charge. He is very honest and charge us a reasonable price for his wonderful work. Now, our spriklet works very well. I would strongly recommend Tim and will hire him again if there is a sprinkler problems.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing is designed to be competitive, but also to stay in business for the long haul. I've been in the board meetings at the big companies discussing price points. I know what they charge and why. I also know what I need to charge to pay my mortgage, car payments, all my bills, and even afford a vacation every now and again with my wife and my family. But the best part about using someone like me is there are no hidden fees- and believe me, when it comes to Landscaping Companies, rarely is the price you're quoted the price you pay.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

There are so many variables that I will almost never leave a full quote before I get the chance to meet the person and look at their particular situation with my own eyes. I want to know my customers just as much as I want to know their needs. That's how I can design someone's uniquely better outdoor experience!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've worked or interned at ProGrass, Landscape East and West, and Dennis' 7 Dees Landscaping. I've held numerous titles along the way from Lead Tech to Assistant Branch Manager to Department Director. As I mentioned before, I'm also finishing up my education at Clackamas Community College this calendar year. I also hold several licenses; Pesticide Applicator for both Washington and Oregon, Backflow Tester for both Washington and Oregon, Oregon All-Phase Landscape Contractor Professional, etc.
