- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer many options. starting at a session for $55.00, we have monthly plans, memberships and group rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We sit down and discuss what their short and long term goals are. We take a complete history for them of weight, height, BMI, Body fat %, medical and work history. Any sports or other extra curricular activities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went to Portland Community College and went through their Exercise Science Program. I recieved my certificate as a Personal Trainer in August of 2019. I have also taken multiple classes and programs within the Fitness and Wellness rhelm.
