I will give you a fair price for your project. This is with the understanding that it needs to be a win-win relationship. I need to make an income and you need to get a good price. But most of all whether or not we are a good fit in working together is important.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When speaking with a prospective customer I like to make sure that we will be a good fit together. Are we compatible and think alike when looking at the end product. Transparency is everything, I’m trying to understand what the customer is looking to accomplish and whether or not I am able to provide that for them. To accomplish this I like to ask good questions and listen intently on the customers expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the home-improvement industry for over 40 years. I understand that your home is your castle and that it is important for you to receive excellent customer service and quality.
