What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing structure. I have a few items that I do for a flat fee, plus any additional costs (I always explain any costs and approve them with my clients), and I charge a reasonable hourly rate other than those products.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. Read up on new tech that I use all the time! I use free resources that are available, and I share some of these with my clients too.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been an enthusiast for computers, and the internet. I found I was very good with computers, and with software, and later, website ideas, and implementation.
