Very happy with my experience with EKR. There was some confusion on my end with coordinating times with my tenant. Ryan worked with me and was able to get the job done quickly. He fixed a broken pipe under the bathroom sink and installed a new diverter in the shower. Pricing was reasonable. I would definitely hire again.

I was VERY pleased using this company. They came out right away and looked at my plumbing issues. Told me how much it would be to fix. They sent me a proposal the next day. When I decided to use them they came out the next day to do the work.

The app let me book an appointment on Saturday night and EKR was able to come Monday morning for a service call, then Tuesday morning to do the work. Had 3 outside drains clogged they fixed with ease. The best part besides fixing the issue was how quick they were able to come out and punctual they were.

Very nice and arrived at the scheduled time. He didn’t charge me a service fee to come out to find the problem. He came back to fix my kitchen sink once I bought the faucet. He was early and finished in about 20 minutes. Would recommend

Our business is built off of referrals and that reflects our dedication and commitment to treating each and every client like gold. We respect our clients wishes when it comes to masks, vaccination proof, in home rules & more. First impressions are huge and we strive to make every one a memorable one.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 2 main technicians have a combined 15+ years in the field and 10+ of those are in residential service. Trained by some of the best plumbers in the city, our techs are capable of solving any plumbing issue.
