- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We merged magic and facepainting so the customer does not have to pay fir separate services individually. If you were to pay for magic, facepainting and balloons separately it would be a lot more than what we charge. We offer a great value for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet new customers who then become life time customers. We strive on repeat customers, we form a special bond with our customers, we become lifetime friends. It is a pleasure meeting new people and making them happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our magician has been a magician for over 20 years. Our facepainter has trained with some of the best painters in the country. She loves to attend conventions and learn new practices all the time. She is always learning new designs and studying everything there is to know about face painting.
