- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The main thing one should consider up front is whether it is more cost effective to pay an hourly rate- or to pay a FLAT-RATE for the project. Your professional should be able to look at your unique project and lead you to the most cost effective way(s) to complete it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My particular specialty is the pride I take in making the guarantee that if you don't like the recording you pay nothing, period. That's right, if I take your project, I guarantee it or you don't pay for it. I also can offer a FLAT RATE for all projects with just a phone call.
