- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward. Lesson Rates: $25 per half-hour lesson; $40 per hour lesson. There is a discount available for multiple children from the same family.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all began when a friend asked me about teaching their child the piano. I found it was the perfect fit for two of my great loves: the piano and teaching children. I have not stopped since!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is important to find a teacher that it a good mach for you and your child. It helps to keep in mind what goals you have or what is important to you. Are you looking for them to just develop a skill? What styles do you want them to learn? Will this be a transition into playing another instrument? etc.
