Charles was quick with the job of fixing an outside door, with acquiring the repair materials, and his handiwork was superb. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Seamus is master craftsman. There are very few professional plaster specialists available these days. We needed plaster repairs caused by a leaking pipe inside the wall of a 60 year old church, not a job for a contractor who installs and/or repairs drywall. Not only was the cost much less than expected (based on other estimates) but Seamus rescheduled his working hours with very little notice due to funerals we had to schedule. We have several more projects in the next year we will be contracting to Seamus O. Kane. We also plan to recommend his services to our parishioners. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG HIRING SEAMUS O.KANE. We hired Wright Walls to repair some water damage on a wall in our daughter's bedroom. Jerry was meticulous and easy to work with, and managed to do a great job matching a particularly tricky texture we had on the walls. Highly recommended if you want the job done right!

Tom is an A+ professional who takes pride in his craft. We first hired Tom to repair a living room wall after our furnace malfunctioned and flooded our basement, which resulted in mold remediation. Tom replaced the dry wall, matched the paint color and was able to find a match to the 80 year old baseboard! He did a beautiful job. We then decided to finish our basement into a "man cave". Again, Tom went beyond our expectations. He is very easy to work with, informative throughout the process and extremely neat. He is truly a master at his craft!

Jason is a really nice guy to do business with. We hired him for fence repair and painting. He was very fair in his price, flexible on his schedule as Mother Nature was against us and did a very nice job on the project. We will certainly use him again in the future.

I had a siding job done by Real Deal that no one was interested in or wouldn't do because of the way the house was situated next to the neighboring home. Gary came over when it was convenient for me because I work out of town, took one look at it and said no problem we can do that. Gave me a quote that was really better then I expected and threw in a small flashing repair on my garage, at no extra because he was already going to be there doing some other flashing on the siding job. The job turned out way better then I ever thought it would. He also kept me informed of everything from start to finish and did a walk around with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using him again for other projects I have planned.

CR3 is a diamond in the rough for home improvement. I had them install drywall for a large hole in my living room, as well as replacing base molding all around the first floor and when they found a leak behind the wall, they made me aware of it instead of just closing up and going home. I was able to bring a plumber in and save myself what would have been hundreds down the road. These young men really impressed me with their dedication to my satisfaction, not just chasing a paycheck.

My 6 year old fell backwards while reclining in our antique host dining chair. To our dismay, the chair broke in 4 pieces including a diagonal break across one leg. Michael schedule a prompt evaluation on a Saturday at our home which could not have been more convenient. Our conversations led me to think that he had a lot of experience working with wood and that he really enjoyed working on antiques, but could repair any wood furniture pieces. We schedule a full repair the following Saturday and I could not believe my eyes when he was through. Michael not only fixed the chair, but he reinforced the breaks with nails and pins so that it never happens again and left the chair so beautifully touched up so that it still looks like the antique that it is. i wish i could post before and after photos because one would ever know the chair was so damaged. Mike was not only prompt and highly skilled, but clean (I did not have to clean up after him), courteous and a great value for the work. While at my home, he even agreed to fix a cabinet for me that had lost its knob and also left me with a permanent fix. I could not recommend him more highly and plan to call upon him again if we need his help in the future.

I have had Dan work on my house for years. Let me tell you, he can do anything! He's done plumbing, electrical work, chimney repointing, wall repair, construction, basement finishing and many more jobs, for me. I am planning on having him gut and enlarge my bathroom in the future. Dan is friendly, courteous and best of all, a perfectionist who can finish projects on time and within budget. I am so happy to have found a contractor who I can truly trust.

I used David and his crew for sheetrock and painting of walls and ceilings for repairs after water damage and duct removal. Their work was very reasonably priced for the value in Center City Philadelphia. They were prompt, courteous, reliable and finished sooner than estimated. The taping and patching on some of the ceiling holes (duct removal) was a little rough, but doing holes in a ceiling is hard, admittedly. They did a great job on sheet rocking the full wall area. I would definitely recommend them.

My new home needed repairs. All outside work. I knew an overabundance of patients would be required. Especially with winter coming. I have never hired a general contractor before. As a journeyman machinist I have worked for enough master craftsman to tell who is reputable. John is highly knowledgeable, polite, and thorough. He helped me determine the scope of the project and tailored it to meet my needs and budget. I knew I was paying for a finished project at a fixed price. How John allocated his time and resources didn’t concern me. He kept me informed of deliveries and when the next phase of the project would begin. I am very pleased with the work he has done and would recommend him to anyone. And look forward to working with him again.
