I had the pleasure to speak with Dale for the first time over the phone to introduce him to my concerns as it related to a specific topic. He was prepared up one the call, no noise in background, he sounded very attentive and he provided profound feedback that I can apply to my life. I actually asked him to repeat somethings as our session ended so I could write them down as a start. He was very patient and allowed me to speak freely. I didn't feel rushed over the phone or pressed for time. I'd recommend Dale to anyone, especially a person anxious to speak immediately. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It really depends on the type of coaching and the level of support I need to provide you. The cost will be less if there isn't too much prep work for me in between sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We meet or talk on the phone and have a no-charge conversation about the issue(s) you are facing. I often offer general suggestions and a recommendation for how I can help if you decide to work with me. I will then quote pricing for different options. No decision needs to be made at that time, and there is zero pressure. Coaching needs to be a mutual fit, so there is no harm at all if we do not move forward with a program. I'll be glad to meet you at least!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I completed a Certified Professional Coaching program with FWI Institute of Professional Coaching in 2009. Besides this, I have nearly twenty years of experience working as a senior engineer and manager at a Fortune 500 company.
