I offer yoga classes for health. I design a yoga class that addresses your specific health concerns. The classes will include breathing techniques, gentle movements, and poses that are chosen based on what your health goals are. Whether you have chronic head aches, experience daily back discomfort, or can not sleep at night, yoga can help reduce your symptoms in a safe, rejuvenating, energizing, and relaxing way.
