Drew did a really nice job with my little jungle of a backyard. Attacked the gigantic weeds, laid nice stone & mulch - what a difference! Now I can actually relax out back in a much more pleasant setting. Even went above and removed some hanging tree limbs and another tree out front that were becoming a nuisance. Followup communication to make sure we were happy with everything was also nice. Offered additional ongoing lawn maintenance with everything spelled out from the beginning giving honest, accurate estimates with very fair pricing for the type of projects we wanted completed. Integrity residential has done several jobs for me over the course of 2 years, including helping with rehab of rental properties, and installing heating systems. Tyquan is very knowledgeable regarding the most efficient and economical way to get the most out of heating/AC and other repairs. He is timely and responsive, while being very competitive in terms of cost. He stands by his work and knows the city codes inside out. I would highly recommend him for both residential HVAC and property maintenance.

Will's Home Remodeling was the general contractor for my major residential renovation at 183Jordan Road in Somers Point NJ. The project took about 4 months to complete where we completely gutted and renovated this badly damaged home that sat vacant for over 5 years. This was a $100k+ renovation for total labor and materials and Will and his team were the glue that kept the project on track and within budget. Will and his team personally completed all new vinyl siding, all new windows, new roofing, new gutters, new insulation, several new walls, stucco and cement repair, new stair steps, bathroom and shower and back splash and accent tile work, kitchen cabinet installation, wall board, spackling, caulking, trim work, door frames, shower doors and many miscellaneous requests. Will partnered well with some challenging subcontractors in the areas of plumbing, electrical, outside concrete, flooring and granite counter top installation. When the other subcontractors dropped the ball, Will was always there with a creative solution and to help get them back on task. I would definitely hire Wills Home Remodeling for my next project.

Al came by to repair a leaking bathroom into the neighbor's unit down below. As a part of the repair he also replaced the shower door with a new one. He took the time to do the job well. Al is very personable and is open to suggestions. He is also very considerate of the owners and their timings so as not to disturb their routine. Thanks Al!

I cannot say enough good things about Martin and his work. He completely transformed the front of my house by removing overgrown landscaping and replacing it with a beautiful shrubs. We were talking 20 year old bushes and trees. He also sanded and stained my deck to make it look new. This was a tough task with aged wood. He was very reasonable but most importantly prompt, courteous, responsive and showed great care in every little detail. I will use only his services for the outdoors and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Santiago offered a very fair price and completed my leaf cleaning and removal exactly as agreed upon. He was on time and lived up to every commitment he made. He is a very experienced landscaper and we already discussed having his team maintain and cut my lawn next season. This area has many lawn maintenance companies doing a lot of business without taking great pride in their work. I recommend speaking to Santiago before signing any agreements for 2018.
