Introduction: I have been in business for 5 years and am ready to build my client base! I'm available for administrative support (remote and in person), billing, collections, bank reconciliations, and any other task you may need assistance with in your office! I have over 15 years experience with Quickbooks (online and desktop versions), 20 years as an executive assistant/administrative assistant. During my years as an administrative assistant I have acquired many skills, including supervising employees, hiring/firing, re-organization of companies, filing, scheduling, travel coordination and many other things! Along with the administrative tasks, I have decided to branch out to include event planning (my true calling in life!) as well as pet sitting & life coaching. Wanted to go out of town for Christmas holidays. Was very worried about leaving two half grown kittens behind. Mel made sure they were fed and had water and got some playtime. I worried for nothing, lol. I feel better about having to travel in the future if I have Mel to call for help with pet sitting! Very easy to work with and I would highly recommend.

My standard rates for office work start at $25 and go up to $40 depending on project length, type of project, work involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to get to know the people I'll be working directly with, reviewing preferred ways of communication and outline their expectations of my work and what I will need from them to complete the job to their expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of administrative experience working in small & medium sized offices. I have 5 years of expereience using QuickBooks for billing & collections. Additionally I am accustomed to working remotely with little guidance and have no issue reaching out for clarification when needed.
