Tim was great and so easy to work with! He responded quickly on Thumbtack, was able to come out promptly, was very understanding when my work schedule/availability had a few changes, and reinstalled a toilet that had been installed incorrectly by a different thumbtack plumber. Tim was great from beginning to end. I highly recommend Old State Plumbing. I needed a toilet installed and a drain repaired. He was punctual, knowledgable and kept me updated through the process. He did it all quickly and at the agreed upon price. We made arrangements to fix another plumbing issue at a later date and he texted me the day before to remind me he would be at my house at the time we agreed on. On top of everything, he is a friendly guy. I would call him for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I highly recommend Old State Plumbing. We needed a new water heater installed and he came out same day, brought everything we needed (we didn’t need to shop for or provide anything), and finished the job in what seemed like the blink of an eye. We were quoted thousands of dollars more by a big name company and a time frame that was weeks out. We feel so lucky to have found Old State and will absolutely use them for all our future needs!
