I can't say enough about Eric and his son who did the catering service for our daughters birthday. He worked with us on the menu and honestly was personable and easy to work with. The food was beyond good with most of our guests asking for to go containers. Everything was delicious as promised. Would definetly use him in the future.May 21, 2017Verified
Fortunately, Eric and his wife came over to our house last night! They are two fantastically nice people and prepared and served us and our guests a wonderful dinner. We could not have been more pleased. My wife and I can honestly say that we had an absolutely great meal, met a superb chef and his adorable wife, and would highly recommend Holy Smokers to cater your venue in the future. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We treat everyone like a king/queen. We try to do everything possible to satisfy our client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always trying to learn something new. A new recipe, technique or anything that will add to the clients experience. I am Serve Safe kitchen manager certified and licensed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?We owned and operated a restaurant in Pennsylvania but unfortunately we had to close the business. We still had a passion for food service so we started catering. We've never looked back!
