I have been using Russ now for the past 5 years or so and I have found him to be a very honest and ethical person who knows what he is doing and will only charge you for the things that he has fixed.
He has also advised me on things to be looking out for so that I do not get caught with a virus, this service alone has saved me hundred if not thousands of dollars, for this reason I highly recommend him to everyone.
