- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While some of my prices are set, many are negotiable once we review the details of your event. I will work with you to give you the most bang for your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A introduction phone call to review the event. In some cases a quick site inspection of the location prior to your event may be necessary. 50% deposits are requested before the event for new customers. For corporate planning, more detailed project timelines and forms are developed to keep things on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience in event planning, scaling from global productions to helping out at home parties.
