Embaugh's Personal Training & Fitness
About this pro
Ron was a great personal trainer. From day one, he will ask you what your goals are, and he will help put together a plan to achieve those goals. Another positive of working with Ron, he is very accommodating to his clients' schedules. What assists in making Ron enjoyable to work with is that he is excited for the results that his clients achieve. He also has a great understanding of how to push you towards your goals without pushing too hard. If you are stuck at a current weight, Ron will find a way to get you past it. The workouts are not monotonous since he adjusts the exercises you do to keep things fresh and to work other muscles.Feb 8, 2016
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have to attain 18 continuing education credits every two years to keep my certification current.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It has been a lifelong love affair for me and I decided in 2002 to make it a full time vocation and get the proper certifications although I have been training people since 1979.
- What types of customers have you worked with? The usual desire of clients is to "get in shape and lose weight". So the majority of my clients are seeking weight loss and a better fitness level. I have a few clients looking to add strength and muscle for sports.
