FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although the needs of each customer are different as well as their style La Corsage does a "scale" pricing guide based on the customer's design aesthetic . >"A- La - Carte" as well as "Packages" are offered ." Package " pricing includes 2 or 3 part service areas : Bridal Party Florals / Ceremony Site Décor / Reception Venue Site Décor . The customer may select 2 or 3 of the above which secures a discounted percentage price. . > The selection of " A- La - Carte" service will be more in line with the going "market" rate for that particular service. ** Please note that the customers' financial investment is always of utmost consideration and all efforts are made to render service and product without compromising the customers' "Vision" or integrity of the design aesthetic .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
#1 - For starters - my typical process is to have the potential customer fill out a brief questionnaire regarding the general details of their event ie: Date , Style or "feel" of the event, color scheme, # of attendees and any special or unique requests that will put their "personal" stamp on the event. This process can be done in person ( usually at a trade show / expo where I am exhibiting) or can be done on a phone "interview" whereas I would take customer data. This allows me to get a clear picture of customers overall "vision" . #2 -Consultation meetings with customer are set up where I present "Vision Board" , Design Concepts , Mock Up samples of product - all based upon information that customer has presented to me. I present an "Intent of Service" agreement to potential customer which "holds" the date & time of their event. A retaining fee is applicable. I believe in the involvement and open dialogue with the customer regarding aspects of their event where La Corsage services will have impact. #3- Once actual product & design ideas have been finalized - I then proceed to make "Mock - Up" samples of actual product to be used for the event. A formal presentation is presented to the customer of all product. If possible product is also presented at event venue at this time. #4 - With all things acceptable to customer - at this time we move to actual contract, major deposits are due and the "Fun Begins " !! ( production of customer product for event) . As we live in a "digital " age , there is constant contact during the production process with customer : the customer is sent pictures of the various stages of the work process . There is always open dialogue with customer and all concerns are addressed.
