Introduction: My name is Jody and I am a certified personal trainer and have certifications in specialized functional movement, strength and conditioning, Olympic weight lifting and also group fitness. I have over 8 years of training experience along with playing professional soccer overseas. I work with people specifically to break down their goals, nutrition habits, sleep patterns and current workout routine to get them the results they have always wanted. I encourage, support and keep my clients accountable day by day so they can achieve all of their health and fitness goals. Along with in person training and zoom training, I also offer online coaching/programming through an app that allows me to create personalized programs for each of my clients, along with specific nutrition guidelines/meal plans (tracking your calories and what you're putting into your body day by day). We also track your body weight, measurements, daily steps, water intake and more. I work on mindset with my clients as well. I give recommendations on the best personal growth, health, success podcasts and books to help you become the best version of yourself. If you have the correct mindset and are coachable, you will 100% see results!! I am fully committed to all of my clients to make sure they see the results they are after! So far I have been working out with Jody for a little over a month. Especially during these challenging times it has been great to have Jody here training and motivating me. Each work out is different and leaves me feeling stronger and sore. She customizes the workouts to you, and even sends workouts when not together. Jody is more then just a trainer. In addition to the work outs, she checks in on you and gives you workouts to do on your off days. I originally decided to hire her because she understood a lot of my set backs including eating disorders and depression. She pushes me to work out in a healthy way and checks in on me. She is realistic and focuses on the individual and I am happy to have found her.

    My pricing depends on how many sessions per week the client is training with me.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always do a free consultation meeting or call with them to get to know them as best as possible. I go over their goals, current nutrition, current sleep schedule, any injuries they might have, and current workout routine.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA and I am also certified in specialized functional movement and group fitness!
