I explained my issue to Ted and he already had a game plan in mind before he arrived. I spoke with him on Monday, and he said that he was couldn't come out until Friday. On Tuesday he called and said that he had a cancelation and he could be here in 20 minutes if I was home. He arrived and had the repair completed within a half hour and my washer is running great.
