Introduction: My name is Sue Trappe, and I have been in the food-service business for 30 years. My food is made with the freshest ingredients. I developed a menu with some of my signature dishes. I will tailor a menu for your specific needs, complete with delivery or setup and service. We will take care of everything from a continental breakfast to a create your own omelet station, backyard BBQ, or a sit-down dinner. All my food is prepared by hand, so if you order a tray of pierogies, you will get freshly made pierogies. Or, you may want a tray of spring rolls, which are out of this world; the springrolls are hand rolled and delivered fresh to your door.
