My name is George Piccot, manager of Topkote Products in Ridgefield, NJ and administrator of the Bathtub Refinishing Association of America. Norman Withers is both a client of Topkote and a member of the Bathtub Refinishing Association of America. 1.5 hours late. Result - tub has many surface inconsistencies, chips, peaks of excess glaze, streaks and the non-skid bottom is non-existent. The cut-in around my new fixtures is terrible. New drain cover and overflow cap are completed ruined - these were newly installed brushed nickel fixtures.. now they are discolored (orange) and scratched. The job is SLOPPY, let alone the damage to my fixtures. Too bad I cant post pictures with this review.
