Caroline was incredible. I hired her because she did planning, coordination, and florals all in one, but also for her professionalism from the moment I met her. I knew she would be wonderful to work with from our first interview. Her calm demeaner was key for me, but also she was enthusiastic about my vision. All I knew that I wanted was a "Hobbit wedding" without being LOTR themed. I wanted something happy and merry, but not over done or cliche. She got it immediately and created a proposal for me that included color pallet, bouquet inspiration, table setting and center piece ideas, and a full list of included services she could do for me. She helped me make decisions for the wedding, both big and small, and was very reachable throughout. On the day, the flowers and decor were perfect. Caroline was able to handle the entire day for me, and gently made sure everyone was where they were suppose to be. I found out later the various hiccups she had to deal with, which she handled gracefully in a way that made me blissfully unaware. Caroline is a hard worker, has a great eye for design, and just a genuinely lovely person. Simply the best.

Caroline was such an amazing support for our backyard wedding!! Not only were the florals GORGEOUS (she really knew what I meant when I said I wanted an explosive bridal bouquet!) her day of coordination service was top notch. She knew exactly what to do to make sure our timeline ran smoothly. Even going as far as to pick up the deli tray we ordered for lunch before the ceremony! I know it's said over and over, but we literally couldn't have done the day without her. Would hire again in a heartbeat!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and based on the services your need, itemized additions, and travel. You will always know exactly what you are getting with my quotes and I am always happy to work with you and your budget!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask basic questions to see if we may be a good fit, if so, I’ll set up an initial virtual or phone consultation that includes a questionnaire. After our first consult, I will provide a quote and contract. We can always chat if you have questions or adjustments and, if you choose to work with us, we will set up payment plans and further consultations up to the date of the event.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a delivery driver and competing in floral design competitions in high school. I eventually went on to own my own shop for a few years before relocating to PA.
