Jonas is very very passionate. During training, he would explain what part of your body is being work on. And he is very easy to reach too. When I had questions regarding training/training at home, I was able to get answers from him right away. Recommended!

I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!
My name is Naureen and I have been training with Brandon for about a month now. He is definitely one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Currently, I train with him twice a week. I really enjoyed the variety and challenges he puts into each session. He has a great personality and makes me feel like I'm training with my best friend! He really knows how to motivate me! Brandon is focused on helping me achieve my goals. He makes every session challenging, yet fun and rewarding at the same time! My fitness level has increased noticeably and I have seen improvements in my ability to complete various exercises, such as sit ups, core exercises, lifting progressively heavier weights and pushing myself more intensely through each session! I'm actually looking forward to each session with Brandon! Brandon makes sure that my technique during exercises is on point. He is extremely reliable and punctual. I found Lisa through her website after quite a bit of searching. I knew what I wanted to accomplish; I just didn't know how to get it done. Nutritional advice, personal training, and motivation is what I was searching for and exactly what I found in Lisa! She is encouraging, upbeat, and always focused on my development. The workouts are fun, varied and always challenging. As I have made lifestyle changes toward being healthier - I feel that I have a true partner in Lisa. She has worked with me on so many different muscle groups and overall cardio fitness my health, body and spirit are all stronger. Each time we go through something new she demonstrates just what a strong and effective teacher she is both my modeling the exercise and patiently giving feedback until my form improves. She is such a strong teacher that many of the exercises she has taught me I now can do at home. Lisa has a variety of videos that she has available for those in-between work outs along with those times I can't make my twice weekly workouts. Simply put - a joy to work with and a complete health coach. I feel nothing less than grateful to have found her.
Kirsten has a high energy level that really helped me complete the workouts and my personal goals. She is one of the few trainers I know who actually lives what she teaches. Kirsten's knowledge of numerous styles of physical training and yoga keeps her sessions anything but routine.
Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Chris has been training me for over a year now and the transformation is remarkable. As a former athlete and now new mom I was having trouble getting my body back to the pre-baby shape I was used to being in. Chris's approach was wonderful in that we talked about where I wanted togged to, what i was willing to do (frequency and nutrition) and he really customized his approach based on my individual wants, concerns, and body type. Most trainers feel like they have 1 or 2 methods they apply to everyone but for me i liked the personal approach Chris has had with me. I highly recommend Chris and PTbyCV! .... results: so far i am down 30lbs in 8 months but whats better than the number on the scale is how in shape and energized I feel. After a 1.5 year hiatus from any sort of workout regimen, I heard about Adult Gym Class through a Facebook post. After scheduling an initial assessment with Tony, the head honcho, I decided to start training again. It’s been about 5 weeks and I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place. The classes are tough, but manageable, and are never boring. No two classes have been the same. The small-group setting is ideal for me, because I do not enjoy being in an over-crowded class. It’s wonderful to have a coach there every step of the way. Tony is a great instructor and teaches you proper form & technique first & foremost. Getting back into shape will be no easy task, but I trust Tony’s knowledge and guidance and I look forward to continuing with the classes for a long time. I recommend Alex to anyone....I've been doing the MRT semi-private training classes 2-3 times a week for the past month and I love it, I can already tell a difference in my body. The class is only 30 mins which is great but you get such a good workout in that time period.

So I know my way around a gym and have achieved fitness objectives in the past. The picture I’ve attached is me 20 years ago. I’m on a mission to get back to this shape. My best results have been achieved with the assistance of a personal trainer. I’ve had excellent trainers in the past but that required a selection process. I would watch the trainers at my gym work. I would observe their attitude, intensity and work ethic. In time one would stand apart as the best in the gym and then I would secure that trainer because I had high goals and that required a skilled professional. At the time I was at the CLUB METRO Gym in Phillipsburg. I made my selection but the gym moved to a new location and I didn’t like the new location and changed gyms. I’m getting to the point so just hang in there a bit longer. That was 2 years ago- so now I’m looking for a trainer again but nobody stands out in either of the 2 gyms I use. I went to another gym where the training manager layed out my options based on 25 minute training sessions with a variety of packages that did not appeal to me. Not to mention I hadn’t seen any of their trainers in action and 25 min sessions isn’t gonna work for me. I need high intensity training for at least 45-60 minutes. What to do? Finally I just googled “freelance trainers” and boom THUMBTACK pops up listing 5 options. BD FITNESS stood out to me and I went to their Facebook page. I watched a vid of the owner of this fitness studio give a tour of his training facility and the second I saw him I recognized him as the trainer I had selected at The Club Metro two years ago. I was instantly fired up and immediately contacted BRANDON DELGADO and met with him at his facility. I wanted 3 sessions a week- an hour each- Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00-11:00am. He was booked at those times but set me up with his associate DONNY RUNRILL. I’ve had 3 sessions with Donny and the training has been superb. I’ve already learned much and have no doubt that as long as I put in the work and follow the nutrition plan DONNY will get me to my fitness objective. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BD FITNESS Here’s the other bonus. Because this is a private fitness studio you and your trainer won’t have to navigate the obstacles of a busy gym. The most crowded it can get is if both Brandon and Donny are training clients at the same time which is incredibly freeing. I haven’t even mentioned the pricing. Not only am I getting superior training at an outstanding faculty. I’m also getting a great price. It’s win win win.......... I know it sounds like I’m a friend or family member but I’ve never conversed with either Brandon or Donny until a few days ago. I’m just that impressed!
I am a busy mom of two pre-teens, working full time. Finding free time to drive to the gym, figure out what equipment goes with what exercise and commit to doing it on my own is a massive challenge and not one I have been able to maintain. I found Christiana of Wolfess fitness and never looked back. She has helped to keep me focused on the workout, by keeping the routines fresh and different each time. My immediate observation; the workout engages your entire body, so even in a 30 min session you feel accomplished. We have been working together for over a year during which time I have been able to build endurance and reshape my body. The convenience and the flexibility of an in-home trainer is unparalleled.
