- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I do would have to be loan documents, mostly refinance and loan modifications. I also do wills, power of attorney paperwork, application for payment and waiver of liens for contractors, oil and gas leases, unclaimed property forms, spousal consent forms for pensions and home school forms just to name a few.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice for someone looking to hire a provider like me would be to have a date and time in mind of when you would like the signing to take place, make sure all parties signing are available and have current photo ID such as a drivers license or passport. Then, see if the notary is available and if you feel comfortable after speaking with the notary and agree on the price, then you can make the arrangements to meet.
