I have a holistic approach to healing the body by connecting the mind, body and soul into a session. If I believe it is needed, I also include Reiki into a session. I offer Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Reiki. I didn't know what to expect going into my first massage session with Jordana. I had never received a proper, full back massage; my only experience was sitting in circles with my friends and aimlessly massaging each other's backs. She set the environment with calming meditative music. Her massage table was carpeted with a soft blanket. I nestled my way onto the table and unexpectedly began a mind, body transformation. Jordanas massage style is not only therapeutic and relaxing, but it is also spiritual. I felt her hands massaging parts of my back I didn't even know existed. She's very flexible when it comes to adjusting how rough or how soft you'd like your massage. Jordana paved a pathway of relaxation not only through my body, but also my mind.
