Rob was amazing! It is rare to find someone who is honest, and does great work, that is Rob! We are going through some challenging times when our plumbing backed up and flooded our basement and Rob was not only responsive to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner but also pointed out mistakes that previous plumbers had made, and corrected them. His crew was respectful of the fact we have young children and made sure the work area was marked off and safe, and even offered one of my daughters a piece of his pizza from his lunch! He was honest in his assessment of the work he needed to do, he named a price to complete the work and did it no hassle. He handled all of the permits, and made sure that everything was completed up to code. All through the process he explained what he was doing, and even checked in on us to make sure everything was working the way it should. It was really a blessing to find him, and I will recommend him to everyone I meet. He is a compassionate and caring human being and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We cannot say thank you enough.

I woke up to my floor drain backing up and had Second Opinion come out. By the end of the day, it was draining again and he had used a camera to show me exactly what the issue was in my pipes.. to start thinking about repairs.

I have had several plumbing issues at my home all of which led to a complete line replacement. I worked with several plumbing companies which provided me estimates all over the board and I lost trust until I started working with Second Opinion Plumbing. The number 1 reason I will go back to them every time and recommend them is TRUST! They are also professional, extremely knowledgeable and transparent through the entire process from begin to end.
