- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our typical process for working with a new customer is we initially will speak on the phone to discuss the project, and work desired. We then will schedule an on-site free consultation/estimate of the project. After the in person consultation, our team will write up a detailed proposal containing the scope of work, and total cost of the project. Once accepted, we will sign a contract and schedule a start date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?OSHA 30, PA & NJ contracting license, Philadelphia License, & over 6 years of trade school training.
