Introduction: My company helps clients with all aspects of interior design and home staging. I have been a designer and decorator since 2007 for some of the nation's biggest furniture chains. My company is licensed and insured. Some of the services that I provide include... color consultations for the home kitchen or bath. Home Staging to help you get that home listed and sold for top dollar. I have my own invetory of furnitue and decor I provide when staging. My clients pay a design and rental fee for home staging furniture and decor. I also work with clients who have existing furniture who just need a fresh eye and design on the space. I love helping clients create the perfect space that is not only visually appealing but functional as well.

I staged my home for sale with Karin and i i have to say is Wow! Just wow! Karin was fabulous to work with. Such a great personality and helpful in answering any questions i had. I have recieved countless compliments on her staging. Will definitely be using her to help decorate my new home.

I hired Karin Montini Home Staging for an interior design consult for my patio home. I was frustrated with the odd room sizes and difficult furniture placement and needed staging help immediately. I did extensive research, read a lot of reviews, and looked to see who had fitting examples and could help me quickly. I could not have been more impressed with Karin, her creative designs, and the ease of the entire process. I shared some photos of the rooms and my thoughts. Karin was honest, clear, and considerate about all my expectations, her costs, and scheduling. Karin’s response time was immediate. Her design ideas plus her ability to get everything managed was done with zero stress for me. She reviewed my photos, suggested some design options and a few days later Karin came to my house. When she left, my home was all perfectly set and better than I ever imagined. She organized and created a warm, Zen space with a number of details that truly transformed each room into a cohesive space. I loved the finished results, and with that Karin gave me inspiration to design a beautiful outdoor deck space to match the same vibe. I cannot thank you enough Karin for transforming my house into an inviting home of my dreams. (Photos to follow)

I must say, being a developer whom has never employed a home staging service, I was skeptical at first. I hired Karin to stage one of my new homes listed for sale and was blown away. She did an absolutely amazing job with the staging. Her professionalism and knowledge of where things should go, coupled with a great eye for design and color palette......I couldn't of been more delighted and content with the results. I would strongly recommend employing Karin for both new and existing homes. You will not be disappointed, trust me!!

My seller and I both looked on thumbtack and Karin responded immediately. She cane out assessed the property within less than a week completed the job and it looked spectacular. It totally surpassed my expectations. I plan on using her for future projects and for my own personal needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a designer, home staging or any decorating projects. I’ll add pictures when my professional photographer gets them to me.
