Our cleaners work in teams of two or three depending on the job. Our teams have two jobs a day not four or five like other cleaning companies. That gives our cusomers excellent customer service and guarantees our cleaning professionals are energetic, friendly and ready to get the job done. We guarantee our work. If your not happy we will return free of charge and redo all areas that were not done to your expectations. We only hire professionals that pass a detailed background check.     Michael and company do an absolutely amazing job. He is consistent, extremely kind and exceptionally thorough. I have never seen a house cleaned by "Clean House" that I was not impressed with. Five stars out of five.

    They do an excellent job! Everything was cleaned, from the floors, trim, mirrors, lamp shades. They scrub everything - top to bottom. The kitchen cabinets looked great. They did such a fantastic job I would recommend them to everyone. They take whatever time is necessary to get the job done and they don't leave until the place is spotless.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key, fill out a request form on our website or here on Thumbtack and we'll get back to you asap. For weekly, biweekly, monthly clients we offer a getting to know you special. It's called the second and fourth cleaning free promotion. That means you pay for the first cleaning, the second cleaning is free, you pay for the third cleaning and then the fourth cleaning is free. Cancel at any time, never sign a contract. That's right no contract ever, cancel at any time without penalty. That really gives our clients a chance to try us out with minimum commitment and maximum value!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask if the company has the state required Workmen's Compensation Insurance. (If you have employees you must carry workmen's compensation insurance. It's the law.) Ask for experience (CLEAN HOUSE has been in business since 2007). Ask for references. Ask several questions including cleaning and scheduling practices. (We'll give you a day and time we'll be there and it will be same day and time on every appointment.) Ask if the cleaning company prefer you be home during service? (We have many clients who prefer not to be home when we service but we have just as many clients who prefer to be there when we clean. We love working while our clients are home. It's probably the best part of the job. Some companies prefer you not be home be sure you don't hire them.) Ask about cancellation rules and requirements. We require notification the day before the cancellations. Also of course 'stuff' happens and a cancelation on the day of service is some times neccessary. As I said there are no contracts, no penalties, we'll never ask you to pay for a service we don't perform. Some companies require you pay for a cleaning if you don't cancel in time. Don't hire them. (Our one rule is three cancellations in a row you lose your appointment placing and will need to reschedule your next cleaning.)
