- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different, but we PROMISE that we will do our best to stay within the guidelines you provide us with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as a customer calls, we are quick to respond and answer all your questions ! After this step, we will make an appointment to come to your home (or office) to begin to plan your event with you. We will give you pricing and make sure we are understanding your vision, and what you want accomplished. Upon consent, we will give you a contract to hold our services and make sure everything is spelled out so there are no questions left unanswered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are proud to have culinary trained chefs, certified Event Planners and Certified Bartenders. Our experienced staff has been with us for 10 years, and are familiar with our expectations, and yours!
