I reached out to Focus Clean through the Thumbtack app, requesting a quote for a floor/grout cleaning of approx. 300 sq./ft of ceramic floor tile. The request was made in the app on Sunday and I got a response, with a quote within an hour based on my description of the work and a few pictures I uploaded through the app. Because the price quoted was fantastic, I responded with a few questions and Larry was quick to respond (again this was on a SUNDAY!!). As we corresponded, he asked for some time as he was in a meeting (which I appreciates since so many people expect an immediate reply to questions). Once he completed his meeting, he happily answered my questions and confirmed the service I was asking for and the price based on the square footage I estimated. Larry was very flexible on our availability and worked with me to identify a good window two days later. As we confirmed our appointment, I asked he use my contact info to communicate going forward instead of Thumbtack (not a great communications tool). He also told me that he will send a message 30 minute prior to his arrival. On the morning of my appointment, my wife had a schedule conflict and I asked him to adjust his schedule by an hour, which he absolutely did! This was greatly appreciated by my wife and myself. Larry arrived right on time at the newly agreed time, he greeted my wife with respect and walked through what he was going to do. He openly shared a recent critical feedback he received with my wife, in full disclosure, and wanted to ensure her that the feedback was not representative on how he does work/business (my wife appreciated this). He and his assistant immediately got to work and were very attentive to the floor and the condition. Stopping frequently to check in with my wife to ensure she was satisfied with their progress. Larry had very good attention to detail as they were working, identifying small spots that didn’t come as clean as others, going back over them. Upon completion, Larry walked the area with my wife to ensure she was satisfied. I will tell you all, that when I came home late at night, I was quickly able to notice the different without even turning the light on in the room, there was a brightness to the floor that didn’t exist when me moved into the house over a year ago. We actually had light colored grout under that dingy dark orange farm dirt that had been continuously tracked in and became ground into the grout and the contours of the tile. I have read other review on Larry’s professionalism, his on-time arrival and quality of work – my experience is that I had 5 star support and experience with Focus Clean, LLC and would recommend this company to anyone looking to revitalize their tile flooring and grout. I will always call Focus Clean for future needs and will highly recommend Larry for the job. The price was perfect, communications were fantastic, they arrived on time, treated my wife (and I) with respect, worked diligently and had a very positive outcome/result. Thank you Larry for an outstanding experience that I was initially very hesitant to start through Thumbtack!! Anyone who is hesitant to use his service, should not be.

This was my first time getting cleaning done by focus clean, and i was a little nervous while booking as it was my first time getting my home cleaned professionally. To my pleasant surprise, I was was extremely happy with the service, the team was exceptionally professional, detailed, punctual, gentle , reasonable and very nice. They spent almost 3 hrs deep cleaning my apartment , windows , floors , kitchen, doors, appliances almost everything. Well done Shawn! Will definitely recommend

Focus Clean LLC did an amazing job cleaning my apartment. I had previously had a bad experience with another company due to them not showing up. I reached out to Focus Clean LLC very last minute and the response was instant. Nasir was able to schedule me last minute and was very responsive and communicated every step with me very well. He showed up on time and even let me know when he was on his way. Nasir was very professional and did a walk through when he first came to make sure he he cleaned exactly what I needed him to. My apartment was cleaned very well and he was able to even remove stains from counter tops that I previously could not. I will be recommending this company to my friends and will definitely re hire when needed!
