I strongly recommend Josh as a personal trainer if you are looking to push yourself to the limit. He is a well rounded fitness coach with knowledge about diet and exercise. He's flexible and models workouts specifically for me and my needs. I appreciate how he teaches me along the way about why we do certain things, so I leave not with just the workout results but with a better understanding about how it's helping me. I started work with Josh a few days a week at the end of July, and I can already see an amazing transformation my body has taken in just a month. Josh is a very friendly, motivating, and knowledgable trainer, who really cares about how his trainees are doing. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is in per session or a package of 10 or 20. Discounts or available. Bootcamp packages are also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will meet with a new client and we will discuss goals as well as training history, previous injuries, health concerns. I will get an idea of their day-to-day activities and stress level. I will then run them through a functional movement screen with exercises to determine how well they move. This helps me determine their "weak links" so I can prescribe certain corrective exercises to get them out of pain, healthy, and moving better! Then the real fun can begin!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes I am reading up the advancements in health and fitness on a daily basis. This includes reading articles, books, journals, and watching videos of the top researchers and professionals in the industry. I am a lifelong learner of my craft and I love it.
