- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I'm just staring my business I'm offering a free consultation and completion of one project per customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meet with the customer find out their likes and dislikes. You can learn a lot about people design preferences by their personality. I walk around the space to get a feel for what it's potential is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the kitchen and bath industry for over 7 years. I've mainly worked with counter top materials, but also assisted on numerous projects with finish selections.
