- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies a great deal, depending on the needs of the event. I'm sorry, standard pricing usually doesn't work for events. But i won't rule it out, if that's what you'd prefer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I started by getting basic information about the event. Then I move directly to talking on the phone to get more specific requests. Finally, if all things work out, I prefer a face-to-face meeting a week or so before the big event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the event business for almost 10 years, working at major international hotel chains and coordinating events as sole owner of my business.
