Jeff has been an instrumental part of my personal/professional growth since he recruited and hired me to leave Boston for Pittsburgh in 2010, as I left the only place I knew and called home my entire life for a new sales team and manager. Not surprising, Jeff was promoted to a higher management position within a year, he still made the effort to keep in touch on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure that I was meeting my personal and professional goals. During the 5+ years I have known Jeff, he has consulted with me on various topics such as leadership, sales training, presentation skills, closing skills, talent development, business/territory development, etc... I was recently promoted to a higher level sales position and I credit Jeff for spending hours (if not days) with me on improving my resume, marketing plan(s), behavioral interview skills, and sales/closing skills. As a professional boxing and mixed martial arts official, I have studied various styles of martial arts and combat sports for more than two decades. Meeting Jeff Fiedler and studying with him over the past 11 years has been truly transformative. The opportunity to train with Jeff involved an amazing integration of scientific principles, practical techniques, and meditative balance. In particular, the courses, practices, and seminars he led involving real-world scenarios were superb. His ability to teach students of diverse skill- and fitness-levels created a positive learning environment for all. I have been especially impressed with his capacity to customize classes and approaches for beginners, advanced professionals, law enforcement agencies, and military personnel among others. I have known Jeff for over 25 years, and since that time I've known him, he has always been very personable, respectful, honest, passionate in every thing he does and a great friend! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard hourly rate depends on what is being requested or the scope of work needed. Typical class rate of 2 hours is $5 per person. I can also custom design a pricing program based on various factors that can be discussed before any meeting for special seminars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Offer a free class and then have a open and honest discussion of what hey are looking for and what they want to get out of training. Hassle free conversation focused on the individual and what they wish to accomplish or get out of training with us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree in Criminal Justice, 25 years and counting teaching and training in various disciplines. I also have 18 years of various professional development courses that I incorporate into ARS's lessons. The instruction that is offered at ARS has over 20 years of professional application by myself and centuries of combat effectiveness.
