In May of 2016, I was 295-305 lbs depending on the scale. I was pre-diabetic, taking high blood pressure medication, and labeled "morbidly obese" by my doctor. Morbidly obese is the politically correct phrase doctors use when decribing someone that is living on borrowed time because of their weight. In May of 2016, my suit jacket size was 58, my shirts were size 3X, and my waist was 44-46. I could barely walk a flight of stairs without almost passsing out. Today I am 235 lbs with a total weight loss of 60lbs, when you toss in the muscle that I gained thru Camille's workout routine my body looks like and my clothes fit like it has loss 80lbs. Today I am wearing a size 52 suit jacket, I wear shirts ranging from XL to XXL (many times the XXL are too big), my waist is between 38-40, and I sprint up steps now! I am off high blood pressure medication, cholestoral levels are normal, and according to my numbers, Camille said that I have the energy level of someone that is 25 years younger then me. As a person that has had years of success in diet and exersice, I was very hesitant to try this program! I believed my previous experience was all I needed to get back in shape. All that changed when I asked Camille what I believed to be a simple diet question. Camille's thorough response promted me to give her a chance. Again, I'm no novice when it comes to diet and exercise, but the science and knowledge in Camille's program really impressed me. Following Camille's program may have argueably saved my life. Camille provide me with the right amount of motivation, encouragment, and kick in the butt when needed. Her willingness and availability to answer any and all diet and exercise questions really helped me in my journey. Today I am 15-20 lbs from my goal, but even after I reach my goal I will forever be indebted to Camille and Camilles Fitness for how she has helped me to reclaim my health and my life. Each workout is a challenge even if I don't openly display this to him via words. My sweat, muscle soreness and body changes support this statement. My body is being toned after my 130 pound weight loss. Each workout is also unique in that we don't repeat the same workouts except at the monthly assessment. He has a tough workout regime. I have been training with him for 6 months and like the results.
Randy is an amazing personal trainer; his level of dedication to my development is inspiring. He kept everything very positive even when I was let down with my weight loss. "Wake-up calls" present themselves in many forms. However, I believe most would agree they often occur as the result of a loss-- the loss of a loved one, a friendship, a marriage, a job, or one's health. My wake-up call occurred July 24, 2012. After avoiding annual physicals for 6 years, I walked out of my doctor's office with a prescription for blood pressure medication and a cholesterol count of 239. Until the age of 35, I was the woman everyone envied--the one who could eat anything and not gain an ounce--then everything changed. For the next 15 years, I continued my unhealthy eating habits until I was 60 pounds overweight, with blood pressure levels bordering on dangerous. After leaving the doctor's office that same day in July, I met a woman who had lost 60 pounds over the previous 18 months. I immediately asked her how she lost the weight. She said she hired a trainer, and the trainer's name was Bev Hobaugh. I contacted Bev 5 days later. She listened carefully to my "story," and booked my first training session the following week. I started working with Jason in January of 2014. I joined his Boot Camp for women from an ad I saw online. From the time we spoke on the phone and he described what his program was about, I was convinced that his program was for me. I was very reluctant to join this group because I was older and not very fit, but he made me feel comfortable and gave me a discount to try it for 30 days. I now have been a part of his team for 10 months now and I cant imagine not being involved with his team. I have made a group of friends that I would have never met had I not joined. We do things as a group and have bonded over these past months. I would recommend Jason to all my friends and I have and will continue to promote his product. He is a great guy, and is not the typical "Drill Sargent" that you would think of as a "Boot Camp" Instructor. He is kind, patient and pushes us to our limits. He definitely is someone that I look up to and that I would like to thank for helping me be a better me. He makes working out fun. I never thought I would ever say that and I look forward to going to the class.
I started working out with Ashley to lose my baby weight and more. She understood my limits with coming off two past major C-section and designed workouts for me. She increased and pushed me at a great pace and I am stronger than ever now. She pushed me to reach my goals and encouraged me to keep setting new healthy goals. Her workouts and boot camps are tough but somehow fun. I really liked the recent deck of cards workout we did, although she kept drawing burpees out of the deck. She also showed me a variety of workouts both with machines and without. I am knowledgeable enough to feel confident in working out alone now which is great. Although, kept weekly sessions with her bc she always pushes me harder. She moved out of state and I don't think I will find a trainer like her again. I think she is a great choice for any level of fitness.
Dr. Woodrow is a very knowledgeable person on nutrition and the interactions of foods and the human metabolism and body. Using his instructions I was able to shed 20lbs in 1 month. 300lbs down to 280. He guided me to eat nutritional rich foods that met my flavor profiles while encouraging me to try different foods. I have nothing but great things to say about My Fitness Kitchen. With the guidance of Mark, Drew, and the rest of the staff I started on my weight loss journey and so far I have lost 43 lbs while still having my favorite foods and wine. I was fearful of going to a gym and didn't think I could do any kind of workout because of my orthopedic problems but found that I could. It has made me feel much better overall and has greatly decreased my pain. Everyone has been so helpful and encouraging. I highly recommend joining My Fitness Kitchen.
Nicole is amazing. Both of my daughters and I have been going to her for the last several months. Ive seen a huge difference in my body. I'm in shape and have built so much muscle. I can't believe how amazing my older daughter looks! We have both lost a lot of inches. And my younger daughter is an athlete who doesn't need weight loss, but needs strength and speed. The strength and speed we have seen in her gymnastic ability and tumbling is huge. Her tumbling has improved so much. Each work out is different so we are never bored. Jackie is incredible. She is passionate about fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle, so she is always willing to help. I have sought advice from her for everything ranging from workouts to meal plans, and she made it easy for me to change my lifestyle pretty much overnight. She helped me design a meal and exercise plan that fits my busy schedule. I actually look forward to exercising and meal planning now, which I never thought was possible! Her attitude and dedication are contagious, and I am extremely grateful for it because I am already seeking results after just 2 weeks. My only complaint is that I cannot hire her as my live-in cook :) I know my health and weight loss journey is up to me, but Jackie has made it a whole lot more exciting and possible.

I started working with Jon-Michael about a month and a half ago. I had been eating poorly, hardly drinking any water, and was generally lost health-wise.
