Find a professional that fits well with you. They should be able to guide you through the process of buying/selling your property. If you are selling, make certain that the broker you select advertises heavily on the Internet and will list your property in the MLS that covers your area. If you are buying, the broker should be able to determine with great detail what is important to you and show you properties that meet or exceed your needs, not wasting your time with properties that don't meet your needs.
