  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We charge an $99 diagnostic fee at the time of the visit, our technician will inspect the appliance and determine the repairs needed and they will give you the price for the repairs before we start. Our price will include all parts and labor. If you choose to repair the appliance, the diagnostic fee is waived. When you choose Mr. Appliance there are never any surprises with our fees and all of our parts and labor are warranted for a full year.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We ask each customer to schedule the appointment on-line on our website if they can. If they have questions they can call the office, however we cannot provide any price quotes over the phone. We try for same day or next day scheduling. If the appliance is under warranty we ask that information be provided to us upfront since some warranty companies need us to provide a pre-approval before we can do the work.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    All of our technicians have passed a criminal background check. Each of our technicians have had hundreds of hours of training and education.
