Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My biggest strength is my passion for the scientific research that supports this lifestyle. I also gather a client's health history and goals for the consult ahead of time. I meet with clients for as long as they need to be comfortable with the information that I am providing and to have all of their questions answered. I invite them to bring a member of their immediate support system with them if they want as their support will be very helpful to my client as they test drive or adopt this lifestyle. I provide clients with a free copy of the e-book that I have for sale on my web site (including all subsequent editions). I provide clients with a planning guide. I provide them with email and phone support afterward to help them as subsequent questions/challenges arise. All of these added services help increase their chance of success and are offered as part of my one-time flat fee. I love it when my clients embrace this lifestyle and I see firsthand how their health improves. Many of their conditions resolve and with the assistance of their medical doctor, many are able to reduce or eliminate their medications.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am very particular about my nutrition education. I only select curriculums that are grounded in the best science and presented by thought leaders that do not stand to gain anything by my adopting their nutrition advice. I chose to complete Cornell University/T. Colin Campbell Foundation plant-based nutrition certificate program. It was taught by the medical doctors and PhD's leading this effort and is based on sound science. I am also a certified instructor for John McDougall, MD's Starch Solution.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There is nothing that an animal-based diet can do that a plant-based lifestyle can't do better. Animal-based diets carry baggage. There are always adverse effects on our health when we choose to eat an animal product. Plants are not only health promoting, but also have positive side effects on our health.
