FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most clients purchase a package of 12 one hour sessions at a time. I charge $5 more per hour to travel to your home within a 10 mile radius. Distances over 15 miles are negotiable. I may offer a discount per individual session to clients who train 3 days per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to build a rapport and learn more about you. We will discuss your current dietary habits and your readiness for change and build a foundation of trust. Next I will review your health history and complete assessments to aid in the development of a safe exercise program that you will want to adhere to. I will work in partnership with you to make weight related behavioral changes, where needed, through goal setting, education, motivation, programming, support and appropriate progressions. My services include health screening, nutrition counseling, body composition, fitness assessments and the establishment of realistic goals. I Help you stay focused on healthy behaviors that are realistic, and will produce the results you desire. Problem solving and identify triggers are addressed in our weekly sessions. I will also motivate and encourage you via educational emails, motivational texts (if wanted) and provide short exercise homework when warranted.
