- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In working with a buyer, my fees are paid through the seller of the home they purchase unless it is a FSBO and at that time the fees are negotiated between the seller and buyer. In working with a seller, my fees are negotiable and are competitive with most realtors but I offer years of experience backed up with much success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer to my buyers and sellers alike, a free consultation to discuss their real estate needs and to see if we are a good fit for working together. I provide a special consultation for home buyers along with helping them obtain pre-approval for a loan. I also provide a free consultation and market analysis for sellers along with guidance for staging their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a must in the real estate business with laws, market conditions, techniques changing daily. That is why I continue yearly to take ongoing real estate classes so I can effectively do my job and service my clients.
