Payment terms: We understand that every customer's financial situation is unique, so we offer flexible payment terms to help manage the cost of the project. We will work with our customers to find a payment plan that works for them. Ask us about the BDB Homepromise and Investor Ally programs. Price transparency: We believe in transparent pricing and providing detailed estimates that outline the cost of labor, materials, and any additional fees or charges. We want our customers to know exactly what they're paying for and to feel confident that they are getting good value for their investment. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation: We schedule an initial consultation with the customer to discuss their project goals, timeline, and budget. We listen carefully to their needs and provide feedback on the feasibility of the project, potential costs, and timeline. Site visit: If the customer is interested in moving forward, we schedule a site visit to assess the project location and identify any potential challenges or opportunities. We take measurements, evaluate the site conditions, and discuss any necessary permits or approvals. Design and planning: We work with the customer to create a design and plan for the project that meets their needs and budget. We provide detailed drawings, specifications, and a cost estimate for the project. Agreement: Once the customer approves the design and plan, we prepare the scope of work, timeline, and payment schedule. We require a deposit upfront to secure the project start date and to cover any initial material or labor costs. Project management and construction: Our team of project managers and skilled tradespeople manage the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. We provide regular updates and communication throughout the project and address any concerns or issues promptly. Final walkthrough and closeout: Once the project is completed, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure that everything meets their expectations. We address any punch list items and ensure that all necessary inspections and approvals are obtained. We also provide any necessary warranty information and close out the project.
