Although at first there was a miscommunication over exactly what needed to be done (they first showed up to evaluate roof replacement, but only needed a small leak repaired), I'm very pleased with the work. They sent someone else out to evaluate the leak later in the day. After evaluating, the roofer called the office, gave me a very reasonable quote, and then fixed the leak on the spot. It rained the next day and nothing leaked in. As a new homeowner with many projects outside the scope of my DIY abilities, I will most likely contact again since they do much more than just roof repair.

A representative came out to appraise the job almost 3 weeks ago, gave me a price I was good with, that's the last I heard from them. If there is an update for the positive, I will be sure to post a revision.
