I highly recommend Donavan. I am moving out of my property and becoming a landlord for the first time. I needed to do a lot of small-medium size projects around the house to get it “rental ready”. Donavan can do it all! If he doesn’t, he will bring someone with him who does. He also has every tool you could imagine (basically his own home depot on his truck - this was very handy for ad hoc projects that came up along the way). He helped me power through a longgg punch list of repairs. Everything from installing a dishwasher, to resealing/waterproofing a basement wall, to hanging fresh blinds, to recaulking the bathroom — just a few examples. He was very professional and had a can-do attitude. He also cleaned up after himself and was very thorough on every single project. After two days and several hours together, I had no concern with giving him my lockbox code for access to my home. You know how you can get a since if someone’s character by how they complete a task? He is someone who does not cut corners or do incomplete jobs. As a single woman, I also appreciated that he never crossed any lines and was respectful the entire time (ladies, you know this is not always the case!). He also went above and beyond, staying overtime at his own expense to help me with minuscule things. It was a REALLY high stress few days and Donavan 100% eased that. I literally could not have done everything on such a tight timeline without him. I was so impressed with his range, professionalism, and great attitude, I was more than happy to pay him above what he asked. Seriously - I was happy to do it! That’s not normal, lol. Highly recommend!

I thank God for Donovan's integrity 💯 He can be trusted to diagnose your appliances. After going through 2 repairman who did not want to diagnose my washer, because I had no model number, Donovan came through for me. One because he was available on Saturday. Two, he wore shoe covers. Three, I appreciated his honesty in telling me that my hose was simply not in the drain 🤦🏾‍♀️-he fixed it so that I would but have to worry about the hose coming out of the drain again. I'm very happy with the completed job.

Donavan was great! He just fixed my washing machine which is back to working properly as it used to. He came during the holiday weekend which was very surprising and appreciated. Very professional. Highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future should we need him again.
